A cheap house with overgrown garden nearly the lovely town of Lom. This one sold for £1,170.00 plus legals, what a bargain!

This one in Southern Bulgaria evidently needs a lot of work as you would expect for such a cheap property, but again it was less than 2k GBP, the
Winning bid was £1,550.00 plus legals, which would have brought the total price to around £2k:

I think this one is lovely, if I didn't already own a property in NW Bulgaria myself, I would have bid on this one. It sold for £1,010.00 plus legals & tax, which makes it considerably less than £2k.
